The Centre is located in the hotel Shipka, Sofia, Bulgaria. An appropriate signposts to the conference hall will be located on a visible place.
Due to the strict procedure for access control please, be on the spot at least 30 minutes before the beginning of the morning panels.

The Crisis Management and Disaster Response Centre of Excellence (CMDR COE), was established on August 28, 2013. CMDR COE is an accredited NATO's COE focusing its work on one of the Alliance’s core tasks – Crisis Management. CMDR COE gained an Unconditional Accreditation and NATO Quality Assurance Certificate (No.ACT/JFD/HCEIT/TT+1548/Ser:NU) in 2019.
The National Geoinformation Center is a distributed research infrastructure financed by the National Road Map for Scientific Infrastructures of Bulgaria that maintains networks, observatories, instrumentation, laboratories, and modeling facilities for Earth observation.
In particular, NGIC brings together various Earth science disciplines, including seismology, geodesy, geomagnetism, geology, air and water quality, and more, to allow researchers to access and share data, enabling better collaboration and understanding of Earth's processes.

The mission of the Institute is conducts basic and applied research in the fields of geophysics, seismology, earthquake engineering, geodesy and geography in order to support the sustainable development of Bulgaria. The scientific unit encompasses 4 departments.
