The Centre is located in the hotel Shipka, Sofia, Bulgaria. An appropriate signposts to the conference hall will be located on a visible place.
Due to the strict procedure for access control please, be on the spot at least 30 minutes before the beginning of the morning panels.

The Crisis Management and Disaster Response Centre of Excellence (CMDR COE), was established on August 28, 2013. CMDR COE is an accredited NATO's COE focusing its work on one of the Alliance’s core tasks – Crisis Management. CMDR COE gained an Unconditional RE-Accreditation and NATO Quality Assurance Certificate in 2025.
The National Geoinformation Center is a distributed research infrastructure financed by the National Road Map for Scientific Infrastructures of Bulgaria that maintains networks, observatories, instrumentation, laboratories, and modeling facilities for Earth observation.
In particular, NGIC brings together various Earth science disciplines, including seismology, geodesy, geomagnetism, geology, air and water quality, and more, to allow researchers to access and share data, enabling better collaboration and understanding of Earth's processes.

National Institute of Geophysics, Geodesy and Geography-BAS
The mission of the Institute is conducts basic and applied research in the fields of geophysics, seismology, earthquake engineering, geodesy and geography in order to support the sustainable development of Bulgaria. The scientific unit encompasses 4 departments.

- After 15 May 2026: 300 euros
Submission Policy:
Each registered author may submit up to two (2) contributions:
- First contribution: 250 euros (before 15 May 2026)/ 300 euros (after 15 May 2026)
- Second contribution: 200 euros (before 15 May 2026)/ 250 euros (after 15 May 2026)
Accommodation, transportation and per diem are responsibilities of participants.
