The ENVIRORISKs conference proceeding accepted peer reviewed papers will be published as Springer series: “Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems”, which is Scopus visible and has SJR ranking.

 

CMDR COE Proceeding 2026 has ISSN.


Paper Submission Guidelines:

Authors are invited to submit papers via the Easy Chair submission site by choosing the appropriate track.  

Submission via e-mail will not be processed.

The maximum size of paper for upload is 20 Mb. 

The copywriting template is an integral component of the paper.

 

Paper Evaluation:

The conference committee will make a peer review of all submitted papers and after approving, will notify its acceptance. The Committee for the ENVIRORISKS Conference 2026 is a consistent panel of experts in various fields.

For all ENVIRORISKs topics, the review process is arranged as the standard single-blind peer-review process:

  1. The names of the reviewers are hidden from the authors.
  2. The names of the authors are NOT hidden from the reviewers.

Submitted papers must be original, unpublished, and not submitted to another conference or journal for consideration. The authors are requested to avoid plagiarism and self-plagiarism in their submissions.

 

Conference Deadlines:
  • Abstract Submission Deadline: 1 March 2026
  • Notification of Abstract Acceptance: 20 March 2026
  • Full Paper Submission for Review: 1 April 2026
  • Notification of Acceptance of Full Papers: 1 May 2026
  • Final Paper Submission for Proceedings: 20 May 2026

 

Conference Registration: 

20 MARCH 2026 — Beginning of the (in-person and online) conference registration

15 MAY 2026 — Presenter registration deadline

Conference Fees:

  • Before 15 May 2026: 250 euros
  • After 15 May 2026: 300 euros

Submission Policy:

 
Each registered author may submit up to two (2) contributions:

  • First contribution: 250 euros (before 15 May 2026)/ 300 euros (after 15 May 2026)
  • Second contribution: 200 euros (before 15 May 2026)/ 250 euros (after 15 May 2026)
